UPGRADE DMANAGER  V3 -> V4

The upgrade process is easy :

1. Go to http://www.dmanager.org
2. Download the file dmanager_4.0.tar.gz
3. Unzip the file
4. Upload the files (crush old files), don't touch the database.
5. That's it ! Your configuration and your files are unchanged !

The document manager is available in french, english and spanish
If you want to translate it to another language, you just have
to translate the sentences in php/lang_fr.php
