Program architecture changes.

Implemented Movie grabber. This feature allows you to grab a movie file from its url and upload it directly into the clips directory of the program (no downloading required).

Location of menu is adjustable.

Text on pages visible to your visitors can be changed or translated through the admin menu.

File size of uploads through php can be adjusted. (this has only effect if you can change the standard php upload limit on your server). 

Added preview option in admin interface.

Some minor lay-out and code changes.
